costs you nothing. (unless it is paid version)
We set up donations of our own unless the event is a fundraiser that goes to a direct organization and the money goes to our school to fund students in need who can not pay tuition, funds, & causes we support and fund the choir.
We provide our own stage. WITH curtains. your curtains SHOULD NOT interfere with ours. you should supply seating, we can IF required so tell us in advance this must be given notice a week ahead.
the performance is family-friendly and approximately 1 hour+ ​depending on the show or delays
our lighting MUST be tested on location ahead of the show to ensure YOUR lights do not interfere with ours

What we need from you.
rez rights so we can set up things. if that is a problem, tell us in advance at least 2 weeks before. the show may be canceled due to the rez ability's not being filed in advance.
We require 3 people to have rez abilities. our stage manager, our choir director, and our choir manager
our stream added to your parcel. required rights to the headmaster, or stage manager.
We will provide the pre-show stream music. 
the stream will not be cut off or switched off till we are FULLY finished. management will inform you.
we require a pre-visit to the location in advance of the performance. we required advanced setup time before the show to set everything up. this may be a week ahead or short as 1 or 2 days.
common performance times are anywhere between 3 PM to 7 PM SLT. but our preferred time is 3:30 PM SLT.​ booking is possible outside of the hours but must be confirmed.

Please ensure to use your full SL name not display and display in its correct area so we can contact you properly.
when confirmed, we will send management to review the area rules, pre-set-up guide, and sim settings. after being given the go-ahead. we will set up the Pre-show setup to get the position for our stage.
You may ask for a "stage template" to see if our stage will fit where you wish to locate it ahead of booking(ask us).
We require a minimum of 150 prims (more or less based on specific shows, expect possibly more for Christmas shows)

To book live singing shows:
at this time we are not booking RL live singing over stream shows due to pandemic reasons!
