becoming staff

Requirements for Staff: 
dedicated and active
PG interaction with child avatars on sim or off
responsible and prepared
keep the sim and school safe for children
enforce the rules
applying means you will adhere and uphold to our high strict standards.

when you apply you will be contacted as soon as possible with an interview. keep groups PG, you will start on a trial base, and be observed during your first year

you will plan lessons ahead of time, you will do PROPER research, and no mass copy-paste or take it from other people's lessons,  

you WILL do the planning YOURSELF, not have other staff do it for you.
mind your temper, do not take children into your private home beyond office space, you will not take children off sim for trips unless that is approved and planned for the lesson,
you will not take them to adult locations or IM adult locations
NO IM or public inappropriate messages with child avatars.
